Details
  • The prices are per apartment per night. Plus € 10 per person per stay for linen (bed linen, towels, kitchen linen).Plus local tax € 3,00  and € 0,50 mobilty tax per person per night (from 15 years).Plus final cleaning € 130,-. Extra bed availabe on request € 15,00 per person/night.
  • The apartments A1, A2, B1, B2 have 3 bedrooms with double beds, balcony or terrace with garden furniture, 2 bathrooms, extra WC. The Penthouse B has 2 bedrooms with double beds, terrace with garden furniture, 1 bathroom with WC. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, combined oven-microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.) with comfortable sitting area, living room with elegant suede leather sofa set, open fireplace, under floor heating and Cable TV with streaming services, safe and wireless internet access. The building also has a lift. No dogs allowed. We also take bookings for 3 nights or more in the low season. Short stay surcharge of 10% on the stated price.
  • Central location: The valley station of the Wildkogel lift, the downhill run and the ski bus station to the neighbouring ski areas are only a 5-minute walk away from your holiday home, which is, of course, equipped with a ski locker and boot dryer. The village centre with the beautiful village church is only 250m away, various restaurants, bars and shops as well as bakers (with bread roll service to the building) and grocery shops are also within walking distance. Free private parking is available.
Our Extras
  • From 1 May to 31 October the National Park Sommercard is included in our overnight price. Immediately after check-in you will receive your personal card in the Ellen-Theresia apartment house. Arrival / Departure and payment options
  • Arrival:  4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Please register 1 - 2 hours before your arrival by phone call, WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Departure until 10:00 am.
  • Deposit: 30 % on booking. Please pay the remaining balance upon your arrival by debit card or via bank transfer on site (or a few days before your arrival).
